You share a link

Pick the project — the brand kit, the campaign, a client's work — and share it by link. You decide whether people may download, upload or comment.

They sign in, and work

Your designer, printer or agency opens the link and signs in with just their email — nothing to install. They pull the files they need. If they push finished work back, that's a quick account — and they join your plan as a user. Viewing or downloading always stays free.

It comes home for review

Returned files land in a quarantined review queue, not loose in your library. Accept what's right, reject what isn't. Every open, download and upload is logged.

A library that knows the rules

Logos, colours, fonts and written guidelines live in a proper brand kit — not a folder named FINAL_v3. Every asset carries its usage rights: licence type, rights holder, expiry date. Add a photo whose licence has run out to a share, and ContentCamel blocks it before it leaves the building.

Nothing is ever lost

Replace a file and the old one becomes history, not landfill. Restore an old version and it returns as a new one — restoring never deletes anything. Who changed what, and when, is always on the record.

Work happens in projects, not in email threads

Give each campaign or client its own project: tidy folders to separate groups of files, project-level roles for who may manage, contribute or only view, and a message board where an @mention lands in the right inbox. Invite outside guests into one project without showing them anything else.

What is ContentCamel?
ContentCamel is a content-management platform for brands. Companies keep logos, colours, fonts, guidelines and campaign files in one governed library, organise work into projects, and share by URL with people who sign in with just their email — who can also send finished work back through the same link.
Do the people I share with need an account?
They sign in with just their email: enter an address, get a one-time code, and the files open — there are no open-to-all links. Downloading is free forever, so read-only recipients are never billed. If you let them upload work back, they create an account and count as a user on your plan.
Where is my data hosted?
In Germany. ContentCamel keeps your assets under EU data residency and GDPR.
How much does it cost?
Solo is free: one user, 1 GB, 100 assets, unlimited free read-only users. Team is €19.99 per user per month with the first month free and no card to start. Company plans are quoted individually.
