• Enquiries: the name, email, company and message you send via our forms.
• Account data (in the app): your name, email and the brand assets you upload.
• Privacy-friendly analytics: aggregate, cookieless usage statistics (via Plausible) — no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.

Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) — for contact-form enquiries and launch notifications.
• Contract — Art. 6(1)(b) — to provide the service to account holders.
• Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f) — to keep the service secure and improve it via aggregate analytics.

Where your data lives

ContentCamel is hosted in the European Union. Your brand assets and personal data are stored on EU infrastructure and are not transferred outside the EU without an appropriate safeguard.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email hello@contentcamel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and account data for the life of your account plus any legally required period.
