Terms of service

[DRAFT TEMPLATE — Dave to review with counsel before launch. British English. Placeholder entity details flagged.]

1. The service

ContentCamel provides a content-management platform for brands that lets you organise brand assets, share them by URL, and receive work back. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to upload any brand assets you add and to share them with the recipients you choose.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ContentCamel to store or share unlawful material, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Trials & billing

Paid plans begin after any free trial. Viewer seats are free; you are billed only for editor/admin seats as set out on the pricing page. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the brand assets you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and deliver them as part of the service.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep ContentCamel available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement [Dave/counsel to finalise].

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by [jurisdiction — Dave to fill].
