One governed library

Brand kits, kept properly
A brand kit holds the logos, the exact colours, the fonts and the written guidelines — together, versioned, and shareable as one thing. When someone asks for "the logo pack", this is the link you send.
Versions and usage rights
Replace a file and the previous one joins its history; restore an old version and it comes back as a new one — nothing is ever destroyed. Alongside the history sits the licence: type, rights holder, expiry. ContentCamel warns you 30 days before rights run out, and refuses to share an asset whose licence already has — unless you override it deliberately, on the record.
Projects, roles and message boards
A project is a workspace with its own folders, its own access and its own conversation. Access is set once, at project level - folders are just for keeping work tidy. Roles are plain: managers run the project, contributors add work, viewers look. The message board keeps decisions next to the files they're about — @mention someone and they get an email, not a missed ping.

Create a link from any asset, folder, kit or collection. Choose what it allows: download, upload, comment, an expiry, a password. The recipient opens it and signs in with just their email — nothing to install — takes what they need, and sends finished work back through the very same page. Anyone you let upload creates a quick account and becomes a user on your plan; read-only recipients stay free. You'll know: every open, download and upload is logged against the link.
Returned work waits at the gate
Nothing a recipient sends lands directly in your library. It waits in a quarantined review queue with a thumbnail and its origin attached. Accept it and it's filed — into the right folder, as a proper asset. Reject it and it's gone. Your library stays yours.
