Terms of service

1. The service

ContentCamel provides a content-management platform for brands that lets you organise brand assets, share them by URL, and receive work back. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to upload any brand assets you add and to share them with the recipients you choose.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ContentCamel to store or share unlawful material, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Trials & billing

Paid plans begin after any free trial. Viewer seats are free; you are billed only for editor/admin seats as set out on the pricing page. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the brand assets you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, store and deliver them as part of the service, and to your chosen recipients when you share them. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep ContentCamel available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Term & termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the service. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, except where you've asked us to delete it sooner.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new date below; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
