FREE TOOL

Link expiry planner

Enter how many links you are sharing, when, and how long they should stay valid. You get a dated table of expiry and reminder dates to copy or download. The tool only calculates dates; it does not create, send or revoke anything.

Plan link expiry dates

The second link is shared this many days after the first, the third this many days after the second, and so on.

Links are named with this prefix and a number. If left empty, the default is used.

About these dates

  • This tool only calculates dates. It does not create, send or revoke any link.
  • "Expires on" is the last day the link should work: it is valid through the end of that day. "Days valid" is the number of days from the share date to that date, so a link shared on 1 June that expires on 1 July has 30 days valid.
  • These are calendar dates, with no time of day and no time zone. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday; public holidays are not considered.
  • Weekday and month names are produced by your browser for the page language.

How it works

  1. 1

Enter the number of links, the share date and, if the links go out over several days, the days between shares.

  2. 2

Choose the expiry rule, a number of days or a fixed end date, and how many days before expiry you want a reminder.

  3. 3

Check the table, then copy it into a spreadsheet or download it as CSV.

What stays private

  • On your device. The work happens in this page, on your computer or phone. Nothing you choose or type is uploaded or sent to a server.

  • No third parties. The tool code makes no network requests and uses no third-party scripts. The page itself is counted like any other page on this site, without cookies.

  • Gone when you close the tab. Results exist only in this page until you download them.

Where this fits in ContentCamel

These dates are for planning. In ContentCamel, a share link can carry an expiry date and can be revoked, and recipients open it by signing in with their email address (a one-time code). See the product tour, or go straight to the free sign-up.
