USE CASE
Store brand files in the EU, separate from other clients
ContentCamel is hosted in Germany. Every organisation gets its own instance and database, and accounts are created by invitation only.
The situation
Teams that handle client or employee material often need to say where files are stored and who else shares the same system. Multi-tenant tools with one database for every customer make that question harder to answer.
Who this is for
- Compliance-minded marketing teams
- Public-sector suppliers
- Agencies with EU clients
- Legal and professional services
What happens, step by step
- 1
Each organisation is set up as its own instance on its own subdomain, with its own database and mailbox address.
- 2
The service is hosted in Germany, in the EU.
- 3
Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator. There is no open registration.
- 4
Roles control what each person can do: administrator, editor or viewer in the library, and manager, contributor or viewer within a project.
- 5
Share links can be password protected, expire and be revoked, and every use is logged.
- 6
The application and its documentation are available in English, German, Italian and Spanish.
