USE CASE
Share approved assets with partners and press
Approved material goes into a project, and the project link is shared with partners, distributors or press. The link can be limited and revoked.
The situation
Resellers, distributors, journalists and event organisers all need current logos, product images and guidelines. Sending a zip file by email means the copies go out of date the moment something changes.
Who this is for
- Manufacturers and distributors
- Communications teams
- Event organisers
- Franchise networks
What happens, step by step
- 1
Collect the approved files in a project. Assets marked internal are left out of shared links.
- 2
Create a share link with download enabled and upload and comments off.
- 3
Add a password, an expiry date or a maximum number of uses if the material needs it.
- 4
Send the link. Recipients confirm their email address and can download single files or everything as a zip.
- 5
Replace a file in the library and the same link serves the new version.
- 6
Revoke the link when the campaign or contract ends. It then shows a closed state.
