USE CASE
See what happened to a file you shared
Each share link keeps an activity log of who opened, downloaded, commented on or uploaded to it. Analytics and a content audit show use across the library.
The situation
Once a file leaves by email there is no way to tell whether it was opened, downloaded or passed on. Teams also cannot tell which assets in their library are used and which have never been shared at all.
Who this is for
- Account managers
- Brand managers
- Marketing operations
- Agencies
What happens, step by step
- 1
Share a project by link. Each link has its own activity log.
- 2
The log lists each event with the recipient's name and email address: opened, viewed, downloaded, commented or uploaded.
- 3
Open the analytics view for totals by asset, by type and over time. Export it as CSV.
- 4
Run the content audit to list assets that were never shared, never viewed or never downloaded.
- 5
Revoke a link or let it expire when it is no longer needed.
