USE CASE
Run each client as a project with its own access
A project is a workspace with its own folders, access and conversation. Guests invited into one project see nothing else in the library.
The situation
An agency looks after several clients at once, each with its own files, contacts and approvals. A single shared drive makes it hard to give a client access to their material without exposing another client's.
Who this is for
- Creative agencies
- Marketing agencies
- Production studios
- Consultancies
What happens, step by step
- 1
Create a project for the client or campaign.
- 2
Add folders for tidiness. Access is set at project level, not per folder.
- 3
Give each person a project role: manager, contributor or viewer.
- 4
Invite client contacts as guests. They see the one project they were invited to.
- 5
Use the project message board for questions and decisions. An @mention sends the person an email.
- 6
Read-only viewers do not count towards your paid users.
